Terms & Conditions

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Gatherwell website, community, content, products and related services. By accessing or using them, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy.

If you use the services on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the website or services.

You must be legally capable of entering this agreement or have any consent required in your jurisdiction. Information supplied when creating or maintaining an account must be accurate and kept reasonably current.

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and for activity carried out through your account. Notify us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission. Accounts may not be sold, transferred or used to impersonate another person.

Use Gatherwell for lawful learning, communication and community participation. You must not interfere with the operation, security or experience of the website or services.

You retain ownership of original content you submit. By posting content through a community or interactive feature, you grant Gatherwell a non-exclusive licence to host, store, reproduce and display that content only as reasonably necessary to operate, moderate and promote the relevant service, subject to applicable privacy choices and law.

You are responsible for content you submit and must have the rights needed to share it. Content may be reviewed, restricted or removed where it violates these terms, community standards, another person’s rights or applicable law. Removal or moderation does not make Gatherwell responsible for user content.

Except for user content and clearly identified third-party material, the website, branding, course materials, articles, recordings, software and other original content are owned by or licensed to Gatherwell and protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

You receive a limited, personal, revocable and non-transferable right to access purchased or authorised content for its intended purpose. You may not copy, resell, publish, distribute, modify or create derivative commercial materials unless the relevant licence or written permission allows it.

Where a product, course, membership or service is paid, the applicable price, billing frequency, renewal terms and material access conditions should be shown before purchase. You are responsible for reviewing those terms before submitting an order.

Payments may be processed by third parties and may be subject to their technical and security requirements. Refund or cancellation rights are governed by the terms displayed for the relevant purchase and any mandatory consumer rights that apply.

The website may link to or integrate services operated by other organisations. Those services have their own terms, privacy practices, availability and security arrangements. A link, integration or recommendation does not guarantee that a third-party service is suitable for your needs.

Review third-party pricing, features, terms and policies before relying on or purchasing from them. Gatherwell is not responsible for content or conduct outside services it controls, except where applicable law provides otherwise.

Content and community discussions are provided for educational and informational purposes. They are not legal, financial, tax, medical or other regulated professional advice and should not replace advice tailored to your circumstances.

No business, income, audience, community-growth or personal result is promised or guaranteed. The first 1,000 members is a strategic roadmap goal, not a guaranteed result. Outcomes depend on factors including your audience, positioning, experience, decisions, resources, market conditions and consistent execution.

We aim to keep the website and services useful and available, but they may occasionally be changed, interrupted, delayed or unavailable. To the extent permitted by law, services are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties that they will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure or suitable for every purpose.

Nothing in these terms excludes a warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Gatherwell is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary or consequential losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the website or services, including lost profits, lost data or business interruption.

Any limitation applies only to the extent legally permitted and does not exclude liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law. Your statutory rights remain unaffected.

Access may be limited, suspended or terminated where reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, respond to legal requirements, investigate suspected misuse, address non-payment, or enforce these terms. Where practical and appropriate, notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue may be provided.

Terms that by their nature should continue after termination—including ownership, disclaimers, liability limits and dispute provisions—remain effective.

These terms may be updated to reflect changes in the services, business or law. The revised version becomes effective when published unless a later date is stated. Continued use after an effective update constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.

The governing law and forum are those that apply to the entity operating Gatherwell, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence. If a provision is found unenforceable, it should be limited or removed only to the minimum extent necessary, with the remaining terms continuing in effect.

Questions about these terms, account access or the services can be sent through the Gatherwell contact page. Include enough information for the issue to be understood, but never include passwords or full payment-card details.
